All rates include bed and breakfast and are inclusive of VAT at 15%, unless otherwise stated.
Any increase in VAT above 15%, or the introduction of any additional levy or tax, may result in an adjustment to the RACK and STO rates.
Rates are subject to availability, close-outs and change without prior notice.
Kleine Banhoek Manor reserves the right to revise rates at any time. Any updated rates will supersede all previously issued rates from its effective date.
Kleine Banhoek Manor reserves the right to release a provisional reservation should payment not be received, or no communication be received from the travel agent, tour operator, or booker by the expiry of the provisional hold period.
Only registered guests may occupy the accommodation. Visitors require prior approval.
Quiet hours apply from 22h00 to 07h00. Parties, events, professional photography, filming and drone use require prior written approval.
Kleine Banhoek Manor does not accommodate children under the age of 12. Guests aged 12 years and older are charged at the applicable adult rate and are accommodated subject to the maximum occupancy of the selected room.
Check-in is from 14h00 and check-out is by 10h00. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Arrivals after 18h00 must be arranged in advance.
Pets are not permitted. Smoking is not permitted inside any building and is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.
Breakfast is served from 08:00 – 10:00, earlier breakfast may be requested in advance and subject to availability.

Standard Payment Policy (Applicable to all seasons):

A 50% deposit is required to confirm the reservation.

Cancellation Policies reservations that fall outside of peak season:

Cancellations more than 7 days before arrival will be charged nothing but will be charged 100% of the total Reservation cost if they cancel within 7 days of arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up, they will be charged 100% of the total Reservation cost. Early departures will be charged 100% of the total Reservation cost.

For stays between 1 November and 31 March (our peak season), the following peak-season cancellation policies apply and supersede our standard policies:

Cancellations more than 30 days before arrival will be charged nothing. Cancellations within 15 to 29 days of arrival, will be charged 50% of the total Reservation cost. Cancellations within 14 days or less of arrival will be charged 100% of the total Reservation cost. If the guest doesn’t show up, they will be charged 100% of the total Reservation cost. Early departures will be charged 100% of the total Reservation cost.
